Kevin’s previous contemporary self-build was completed for approximately £800,000 following contractor quotations above £2.8 million.
That experience in procurement, scheduling, specialist coordination and cost control now informs this larger project. The new development brings fresh challenges, and the journey will include the setbacks and changes as well as the progress.

Construction meets storytelling.
KTE Media is operating, staffed and already filming. Footage is being banked for launch, capturing the decisions and practical work behind the development.
The aim is to turn that experience into useful films, guides and learning resources for self-builders, renovators and trades. The first chapter starts with this build.
