This first-draft notice describes the intended handling of information submitted through Our Self Build. The operator’s legal details, retention period and operator details must be confirmed before public launch.

Information you provide

Forms request your name, email address and, where relevant, company, product category and message. We use these details to respond to enquiries, provide the requested proposition or send build updates you have asked for.

Storage and delivery

Form submissions are forwarded by email through Resend to partnership@ourselfbuild.com. This website does not store submissions in a database. Enquiries are retained in the receiving mailbox; information submitted through the forms is not displayed publicly.

Your choices

Request access, correction, deletion or withdrawal of an updates request by emailing partnership@ourselfbuild.com. Marketing consent is separate from requesting the proposition or sending an enquiry.

Cookies

This draft does not include advertising or third-party analytics. Requesting the proposition creates a temporary, essential, HTTP-only cookie that allows access to the document for 24 hours.
